Oatmeal told us to be there by 8:00 p.m. NOT A MINUTE LATE. She put the fear into us. I'd never met her, but dared not be late, despite my tendancies for tardiness. woo and I arrived, finding trip outside the building Heaven on Seven, a cajun restaurant, is in. We were early and hung outside for a few while they had their fill of smoke.

Finally, we got out of the cold and into the building. We didn't see any sign of Oatsie and her charge, Buffer. None of us had met henwy, either, and had no idea who we were looking for.

Suddenly, I hear the call of "Beef." I turn to find a man I'd never seen before. It was henwy, with his pal whom we'd later nickname "Bagman." He'd located us, thank goodness. We weren't entirely certain he'd make it due to car troubles. I'd more or less told him via PM that he'd better show up or else, though I didn't know if he'd take us seriously.

Well after our 8:00 p.m. deadline, we saw the infamous bald head rising on the escalator, followed by the giggling Oatmeal. After chastising her for her tardiness, we were seated.

The restaurant was packed. Oatsie announced that she had gifts for us all. We all opened out gifties, laughing the whole way, and thanked our host.

We ordered our food, while everyone made fun of me for my finickiness. I got salmon, plain, no crap on it! They continued to laugh at me. I laughed, too.

henwy and trip were both ecstatic at the coconuts their shrimp came in. The pictures below will prove it. We stayed until the place was closing.

While Buffer was a bit quiet due to not feeling well, he was still charming and adorable. henwy was very sweet and funny. Oatsie was delightful. Bagman held his own pretty well, despite not having the game in common with the rest of us. woo and trip were dear, as always. We all had a really good time
